Return Policy

Item/s must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see below for conditions of returnable item/s:

  • Full price items only
  • Item/s will need to be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery
  • Garments should be returned new, unused and with all original tags attached
  • Swimwear must be tried on wearing undergarments. The protective hygiene strip must remain in place. If removed or altered, these item/s will not be accepted

Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.

Earrings cannot be exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons. 

Sale items will only be accepted for return if they are deemed faulty. Please note: All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping to ensure items are not damaged. 

If you receive an item that has a manufacturing fault, please contact our Customer Care team at and include your order number, details and photos of the fault/damage, within 7 days of receiving your item. A solution will be provided inline with the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) Guidelines.
